I aimed to increase app downloads and user session time by redesigning the user experience for One Cricket’s web and app platforms. To achieve this, I redesigned key areas like the discover page, home page, and live match experience, and introduced a "follow" feature to encourage users to stay engaged with their favorite topics. Additionally, I optimized the website to serve as a channel for driving app downloads by prompting users with contextual triggers during their browsing experience.
